With the deepening of China's reform and opening up,the economy has been constantly developing,and domestic and foreign trade has been increasing.Especially after entering the 21 st century,China's social economy,especially e-commerce,has developed rapidly,and the domestic and international express business has increased dramatically,which provides a huge development opportunity for China's express industry.China's express delivery industry has obvious regional characteristics,the order volume of express delivery industry shows a strong seasonal characteristic.The unceasing change of domestic consumption structure,the service concept,the traditional logistics equipment and management system because of high cost,low efficiency has been difficult to meet the market demand,express service enterprises need through informatization,digitization,automation and other new technology to improve operational efficiency,improve management capacity,reduce operating costs,and improve the core competitiveness effectively.The research on the core competitiveness of enterprises is helpful to promote the exploration of their own potential and help enterprises obtain considerable economic benefits.The construction of enterprise core competitiveness evaluation system helps enterprises to better recognize the problems and defects of their core competitiveness,so as to further improve and optimize enterprises and enhance the management level and quality of enterprises.On the basis of combing the theoretical literature and practical data,this paper focuses on the research topic,This paper uses Delphi method and factor analysis method to construct the evaluation index system of Y enterprise's core competitiveness,including market network coverage.It is believed that the improvement of Y enterprise's core competitiveness in the future should adapt to systematization,informatization and networking,intelligence,rate,market share,marketing efficiency,system planning and execution,project innovation,service difference,service field,delivery timeliness,etc There are 21 secondary indicators including informatization level,service satisfaction,customer loyalty,brand influence,number of core technologies,R & D investment,proportion of research talents,human resources,equipment resources,crisis response ability,number of franchises and capital turnover rate.The empirical analysis shows that although y enterprise has certain market space and certain market advantages,there are still some deficiencies in the core competitiveness.Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the core competitiveness of domestic logistics enterprises and the future development trend,this paper focuses on the following countermeasures: to enhance the innovation and service ability of enterprises;to enhance the actual competitiveness and potential competitiveness of enterprises;to establish a diversified business system;to promote the construction of enterprise information;to achieve The promotion of enterprise human resource management.
