Since 1990s,the research direction of world economists has changed from "market structure competence research" to "enterprise core competence research".Both theoretical and industrial studies have shown that the long-term development of enterprises requires a factor that can bring an inexhaustible motive force to enterprises,and put forward the view of enterprise core competence.This paper takes JiuJiu Copper Industry as the research object and focuses on its core competence study.Through literature research and theoretical research,based on the analysis of the competitive environment of Potter's Five Forces and the analysis of the company's operating environment of SWOT,the paper establishes the factor system of the JiuJiu Copper Industry core competences,which contains 11 factors.Then,by means of analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the core competence evaluation model of JiuJiu Copper Industry is constructed.Therewith,the core competitiveness of JiuJiu Copper Industry and its factors are evaluated,and then,the problems existing in core competence are analyzed.In view of the covering problems,this paper puts forward the strategies of promoting the core competence of the JiuJiu Copper Industry from three dimensions:core market capability,core product capacity and core management capability.
