Research On The Improvement Of Core Competitiveness Of YL Branch Of ICBC Harbin Branch

Since the beginning of the 21 st century,the domestic banking industry has become increasingly competitive,and the competition between banks in YL County is equally fierce.State-owned commercial banks have not been able to catch up with me.Local commercial banks(such as Longjiang Bank and Harbin Bank)and credit cooperation clubs have gradually strengthened.,forming potential competition for state-owned commercial banks.In the fierce county competition environment,how to improve the core competitiveness of ICBC,enhance the competitive strength of ICBC,gain a leading advantage in all aspects,create a continuous stream of profits for ICBC,and provide an easy and pleasant working environment for employees.Creating a secure and credible powerful image for customers has become an urgent issue that needs to be solved.The improvement of core competitiveness is of great theoretical and practical significance not only to the healthy development of ICBC YL branch but also to the steady operation of our financial system.Through the study of the core competence and the core competence of commercial banks at home and abroad,this paper refers to and puts forward the concept of the core competence of commercial banks,and constructs the core competence evaluation system of the YL branch of ICBC.On the basis of this,this paper uses the methods of literature data,comparative analysis,actual investigation,and qualitative and quantitative analysis,and uses the core competitiveness theory,strategic management theory,and marketing theory of ICBC YL branch to analyze the current situation of core competitiveness.On the basis of quantitative and qualitative analysis and comparative research analysis,the research results show that YL branch has obvious deficiencies in marketing team,channel construction,incentive mechanism,risk prevention and personnel training,and the core competitiveness needs to be urgently improved.Finally,we will consolidate the advantages and disadvantages of resources and seize the opportunities and threats.It puts forward five ways to improve the core competitiveness of the YL branch of ICBC:formulating reasonable strategic goals,strictly controlling risk mechanisms,constantly expanding the scope of business,paying attention to the construction of the marketing team and optimizing the human resources management model.Reasonable determination of its market position and development of WO development strategy;Enhance innovation ability,use brand advantage to promote emerging business,use foreign exchange advantage to promote relatedbusiness,and continuously expand the scope of credit business;We will strengthen and improve risk management,optimize the small and medium-sized customer groups in the development of customer structure,strengthen bank credit risk control,and establish risk prevention and control awareness;Accelerate the implementation of customer manager marketing team construction,speed up the construction of marketing channels to enhance marketing capabilities;We will strengthen job training and improve overall quality,implement an incentive system to establish a talent training plan to retain talents and optimize human resources management,and develop reserve talents for the YL branch of ICBC.The innovation of this article is that based on the YL branch of ICBC,which studies the countermeasures to improve core competitiveness from the microscopic level,it has improved the theoretical research on the core competitiveness of the basic branches of commercial banks,and provides references for the research on the core competitiveness of other ICBC branches.It has enriched the research on the core areas of Chinese banking competitiveness.
