Research On The Care And Service Of Rural Left-behind Elderly In Antu County Of Jilin Province

Under the rapid development of urbanization,a large number of rural labors have poured into cities,making the rural elderly left-behind,a special elderly population group,increasingly larger.It also makes the issue of old-age care for rural left-behind people more and more interesting.In 2017,"Opinions on Strengthening Care Services for Rural Left-behind Elderly Persons" was issued,aiming to better promote the establishment and improvement of a nationwide care service mechanism for rural left-behind elderly people,and to provide a more comprehensive pension security for rural left-behind elderly people.Therefore,the study of care services for the left-behind elderly in rural areas has become an important aspect of the research on the old-age security of left-behind elderly in rural areas.While Jilin Province is a labor-exporting province,Antu County has more young migrant workers and a higher proportion of left-behind elderly people.It is highly representative to study the care services for left-behind elderly people in Antu County,Jilin Province.This paper mainly takes the left-behind elderly in Changxing Village,Wufeng Village,Xinglong Village,Xiaoshahe Village,Fengyang Village of Antu County as the main research objects.Understand the basic situation and the current situation of caring services.It is learned that the insurance units and village committees in the villages of Antu County currently provide care for the left-behind elderly in four aspects of material assistance,daily care,spiritual comfort,and medical rehabilitation.service.At the same time,through the analysis of the current situation of care services for the left-behind elderly in Antu County,it is concluded that the care services for the left-behind elderly in Antu County currently lack special funds for care services,insufficient diversification of care services,and low levels of care services.Care imbalance between supply and demand.This article analyzes the reasons for the existing problems from the aspects of care service funds,care service content,care service development conditions,and care service subjects,and puts forward corresponding suggestions for the care services for the left-behind elderly in Antu County.First,the establishment of rural areas Special funds for care services for the left-behind elderly provide the source of power for care services for the left-behind elderly;second,enrich care services,provide richer care services for the left-behind elderly in material assistance,daily care,spiritual comfort,medical rehabilitation,to meet theleft-behind elderly The third is to strengthen the long-term guarantee of care services for the left-behind elderly,provide fixed professional service personnel for the left-behind elderly,establish a dynamic information and quality evaluation system for the left-behind elderly,and finally promote the socialization of care services for the left-behind elderly in rural areas.In the care service,the government should be the mainstay,the family as the foundation,and the village collective as the link,with the participation of all social forces.
