Study On The Willingness And Acquirement Of Rural Elderly Care For The Elderly In Rural Areas

With the rapid development of China’s economy and society,the increase of the elderly population,the miniaturization of family structure and the flow of people have become important factors that impact the foundation of traditional Chinese family pension.In addition,due to the influence of traditional Chinese concepts,institutional pensions are also facing obstacles in their development in China.Therefore,in this context,the Chinese government has vigorously promoted the development of the home-based care industry and compensated for the lack of institutional pensions and family pensions.However,due to the late exploration of China’s home care service system and the immature system,various problems will arise during the implementation process.Therefore,this thesis takes Heze City’s home care service as the research object,and analyzes the research status and theoretical basis of related topics at home and abroad from the perspective of the needs and accessibility of home care services.In theory,the theory of social security rights,welfare pluralism,public goods theory and social embedding theory are the theoretical basis of this paper.In addition,it also draws on the experience and lessons of the development of home-based care services at home and abroad.In terms of acquisition analysis,based on the field investigation of Heze City,research is carried out from both macro and micro aspects.The analysis of needs includes the status quo of the aging,the willingness of service projects,and the factors affecting the needs of the elderly.The aspect of acquisition is analyzed from the aspects of the use of the service item and the factors that the respondent obtained.Finally,through the above analysis,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions and measures from various aspects to improve the willingness and accessibility of rural elderly people’s demand for home-based care services,and then promote the healthy and perfect development of Heze City’s home-based care service industry.
