Research On Model Construction Of Financial Shared Service Center In TP Group

With the high-speed development of global economy and internet technology becoming more advanced,a new financial management mode,namely financial sharing service mode,has emerged in the field of enterprise financial accounting management in various industries.Financial sharing service mode not only retains the advantages of traditional financial management mode,but also simplifies the financial process on the basis of information management technology,so that the efficiency of the financial work has been greatly improves the processing efficiency of financial process according to information technology,which has become a major innovation in the field of financial management.The financial sharing service model has been applied to actual management in many well-known companies and has been continuously developed and practiced in the process.It has been recognized by all walks of life and promoted around the world,favored by many enterprise managers and experts in the financial field.After China's reform and opening-up,China is rapidly integrating with the world,and its economy is developing by leaps and bounds.More and more Chinese companies have gradually gone abroad to develop global business model.With the development of globalization,financial sharing service is gradually familiar to Chinese entrepreneurs.At present,the financial sharing service of Chinese enterprises is still in the growth period and its development is still in progress,but some enterprises have entered into the higher level in the process of using the financial sharing service mode.Therefore,the development of financial sharing service in our country is still in a state of uneven quality,and there are still many problems to be solved in application.This paper takes TP Group as an example to carry out an in-depth study on the construction of financial sharing service center mode to elaborate the construction of financial sharing service mode and emerged problems on the basis of primary theoretical research.This paper is mainly divided into six parts.The first part briefly explains the significance of the topic and research background combing with the current research status of it domestic and abroad.The second part briefly describes the basic concepts and theories of financial sharing service.The third part sets out the necessity of TP Group to establish a shared service mode combing with the actual problems of the TP Group and the related theoretical basis.The fourth part introduces the status quo in TP and analyzes the problemsin the process of its financial management.The fifth part,with application status of financial sharing service in TP,provides guarantee measures for the future development process.The sixth part draws the relevant conclusions through the research on the financial sharing service in TP and puts forward the prospect for the development of the financial sharing service in our country.
