Research On The Integration Problems And The Improvement Of Financial Shared Service Center

The mobile internet is a general term for the practice of combining mobile communication and the internet.It refers to browser-based internet services accessed from hand-held mobile devices,such as smart phones or feature phones,through a mobile or other wireless network.The sharing economy of the mobile internet is a profound resource revolution that will guide society into the era of shared economy.In the era of mobile internet,people can access and process information anytime,anywhere,and in any way.With the development and application of mobile internet,the enterprise management structure becomes more flat,which brings new changes to the enterprise accounting and financial decision-making.In order to optimize the internal structure of the organization,reduce the operating cost of the enterprise,standardize the business process and improve the process efficiency,more and more enterprises adopt the new financial management mode of financial shared service center.B company started the planning of the financial shared service center in 2010,and completed the first phase of the financial shared service center at the end of 2013.After the completion of the first stage,B company made the strategic decision to be a platform.The financial shared service center of B company is facing the challenges of platform transformation and intelligent transformation.This paper focuses on the improvement of financial shared service center of B company.This paper introduces the research background and significance,expounds the literature review and basic theory of financial sharing service,then introduces the basic situation of B company and financial shared service center,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the existing financial shared service center of B company,and enumerates the management difficulties of financial shared service center of B company,including the large number of hotels,cross regions,too fast expansion,too many franchise stores,large scale of hotel investment and uneven distribution of funds,etc.;in view of the existing problems,the paper puts forward the idea of improving the financial shared service center,which is designed from five aspects: organizational structure,business process,information platform,performance management and staff enthusiasm improvement,and puts forward the implementation of improvement and upgrading.Finally,the conclusion of this paper is given,and the future development of financial sharing service is prospected.Although this paper is a case study of B company,it provides a reference for other financial sharing operations of this type.
