In recent years,with the continuous strengthening of government regulation and control,the real estate industry has entered a new turning point period.High turnover,heavy operation has become a new topic of concern for real estate companies.In this context,it is crucial for real estate companies to build a scientific and effective performance evaluation system for the operation management team to strengthen management and gain competitive advantages.Looking at the domestic real estate market,some enterprises tend to ignore their strategic goals,missions and visions when implementing performance appraisal,which makes performance appraisal unable to play its due value.Therefore,this paper takes XX real estate development enterprise as an example to study the performance appraisal system of its operation management team,so as to improve and optimize it.In this paper,empirical research and normative research,qualitative and quantitative research methods are used,introduces the framework and research ideas of this article as a whole,and makes a brief introduction to the research background and significance,and systematically combs the relevant theories,performance appraisal methods,domestic and foreign related research status and concepts by using scientific methods And so on.Based on the introduction of the basic situation of XX real estate group and the organizational structure of the project operation management team of the enterprise,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the current situation of the project operation management team performance appraisal of the enterprise by using the theory studied,points out the problems existing in the performance appraisal system,and optimizes the design of the performance appraisal system of the project operation management team of the real estate group.In order to ensure the implementation of the newly optimized performance appraisal system,this paper puts forward safeguard measures from four aspects:organizational structure optimization,financial support,system guarantee and information construction.Finally,the conclusion,innovation,limitation and Prospect of the research are explained.Based on the actual needs and functions of the operation management department of XX real estate development enterprise,this paper constructs a set of perfect performance appraisal system,hoping to effectively improve the performance appraisal work of the enterprise's operation management team,stimulate the enthusiasm of employees,and improve the work efficiency of the whole team.At the same time,it also hopes to provide some enlightenment for similar enterprises to optimize their performance appraisal system.
