The project is the main source of profit and the management team of the project can be regarded as the core of the enterprise's profit for the real estate business.Project management team not only need to ensure the completion of the project and the quality of the project for enterprises to create more profit margins through cost control.Therefore,it is very important to strengthen the construction of the project management team for any real estate enterprises.The performance management and performance appraisal are the core links of the project management team construction.Only by strengthening the performance management of the management team and constructing the scientific and reasonable performance appraisal system In order to maximize the enthusiasm of the staff to stimulate the work and work potential,and ultimately achieve the comprehensive benefits of enterprises to enhance.This paper mainly studies the performance appraisal of TS project management team of TS real estate company.The author's major contributions are outlined as follows:1.The satisfaction of TS real estate company project management team performance appraisal program has been studied.The satisfaction survey of the performance management plan of TS real estate company was carried out from five aspects:satisfaction degree of performance appraisal system,satisfaction degree of performance appraisal index system,satisfaction degree of performance appraisal method,satisfaction of performance feedback and satisfaction of performance evaluation results.The conclusion is as follows:the performance evaluation results apply satisfection and performance evaluation index system satisfaction is the lowest.2.The problems and causes of performance appraisal of project management team of TS real estate company has been studied.TS real estate company project management team performance appraisal problems include the project team performance appraisal system is imperfect,performance evaluation indicators of the lack of rationality and lack of performance appraisal and other three issues,the reasons attributed to the performance appraisal concept is lagging behind,performance The feedback mechanism is not perfect and the performance evaluation results are unreasonable and so on.3.Improvement of Performance Appraisal Scheme of TS Real Estate Company has been studied.In this paper,the performance appraisal program is put forward.In view of the existing problems of the internal performance appraisal system,from the aspects of the subject and object of performance appraisal,the selection of performance indicators,the basic content of performance appraisal and the application of performance appraisal results,the TS real estate company performance appraisal Based on the goal.4.This paper puts forward the measures to improve the performance evaluation of TS project management team from four aspects:strengthening the awareness of internal performance appraisal of TS company,perfecting the internal performance appraisal system of TS company,perfecting the internal feedback mechanism of TS company and innovating the standardized node incentive mechanism.
