Research On The Development Strategy Of Z Company Under The Background Of Rural Collective Economy

The rural collective economy is the only way to achieve rural revitalization and an important way to lead farmers to achieve common prosperity.General Secretary Xi Jinping clearly stated that "the collective economy is the foundation of the common prosperity of the peasants and the material security." However,the current situation of the rural collective economy is not optimistic,they face the obstacles of small,scattered and disorderly and the function is insufficient,which seriously hampers the development of the collective economy.Z Company is located in BeiZhaiqian Village,Handan City.Under the superior geographical position and production conditions,Z Company is committed to making excellent peach industry and promoting collective economic development.With the development of the market,the traditional small production mode has become a key factor restricting the development of Z Company.In the new era,under the background of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and the expansion of the rural collective economy,how to realize the sustainable development of Z Company is the focus of this paper.In the context of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and the expansion of the rural collective economy,this paper studies the good development prospects in the region.Relies on the nature of the village collective enterprise Z Company becomes bigger.Through field investigations and reference to relevant literatures,I have learned and mastered the current situation of China's rural collective economic and the theory of corporate strategic management.Using PEST,SWOT,Porter's five-force competition model and other analytical methods,I deeply analyzed the development of Z Company.By analyzing the industry position and development advantages and disadvantages of Z Company,Z Company's future development strategy has been formulated.In the context of the country's implementation of rural revitalization strategy and the growth of rural collective economy,Z Company will form core competitiveness and promote the sustainable development.This paper provides important reference for the development of rural collective economy and enterprise development strategy in other regions,and it is also the development and enrichment of rural collective economy and enterprise development strategy research.
