| In the development of power grid enterprises,the collective enterprises bear the auxiliary business such as construction installation,electrical manufacturing and integrated service,which play an important role in safeguarding the security and stability of power grid and social security.Under the complex background of economic new normal and national electric power system reform,collective enterprises should make a clear understanding of market environment and develop a scientific and rational strategy in “13thFive-Year” period,so that the market competition ability can be consolidated and improved and the target of sustained and healthy development can be realized.Based on the study of domestic and foreign literature on enterprise strategic management,the meaning and characteristics of strategic management are defined,the strategic management process and the SWOT method are also expounded in this paper.Then this paper takes the collective enterprises of J power supply company as the research object and analyzes the enterprise development situation from two aspects of overall situation and three industries.Trough the analysis of strategic environment by SWOT,the collective enterprise “13th Five-Year” overall strategy and development goals of J power supply company under the new situation of electric reform are determined.Then,in order to promote the smooth implementation of strategy,this paper puts forward specific measures to strengthen the mechanisms from three aspects of group control system,operation and management mechanism and supervision system,and promote core business development through strengthening the construction and installation industry,making excellence in electrical manufacturing industry and doing a good job in the comprehensive service industry.Finally,for the evaluation of “13th Five-Year” strategic management thus to promote or adjust the strategy,the evaluation index system is established from financial management,customer management,internal operation and learning and growth ability.Through employing the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and matter-element extension model,the evaluation approach of strategic management is constructed.The feasibility of this method is verified through the evaluation of collective enterprise strategic management of J power supply company in 2016.This paper aims to put forward the collective enterprise “13th Five-Year” development strategy of J power supply company to achieve breakthrough growth.The results of this paper enrich the development strategy theory of the power industry,especially provide important theoretical support for the development of collective enterprise.Moreover,this research provides an important practice guidance for the sustainable and healthy development of collective enterprise of J power supply company during “13thFive-Year” period. |
