| Chinese cooperation-owned companies are established and developed under specific historical conditions, which play an important role in easing the pressure on employment and other aspects. However, with the establishment of China’s market system and continuous improvement, cooperation-owned companies encounter many problems and constraints seriously affect their survival and development. Adapted to the needs of the times, the State Council issued the State Office No.18on April18,2011after the pilot in a small area of the preliminary results and the gradual improvement of the pilot policy. The policy shows the implementation of the reform of cooperation-owned companies in the whole country.For Yiwu Supply Bureau-owned Company, it become a priority to reform and develops orderly and healthy in the policy. Combined with the status in Yiwu Supply Bureau-owned company, we firstly analysis the external environment and internal environment it faces under the guidance of the theory of enterprise development strategies, and conducted a SWOT analysis; secondly, the development strategies of Yiwu Power Supply Bureau are made, including the strategic guidelines for future development, strategic objectives, strategic principles, strategic positioning and strategic posture selection and strategic priorities, and the implementation of key strategic initiatives, such as the main stage strategy.The thesis is based on practice experiences on Chinese cooperation-owned and Yiwu Supply Bureau-owned companies’development study. It will be helpful not only for Yiwu Supply Bureau-owned company future development, but also can extend to other national corporation-owned companies. |
