In recent years,with the development of China's financial market and the rapid development of commercial Banks,the competition in China's banking industry is increasingly fierce,and talent will be the most critical aspect of the competition.To attract more talent,Banks will continue to recruit new staff to bolster their talent pool.As the new blood of the bank,the initial understanding of the bank and the establishment of their basic business knowledge are completed through the training of new employees.New employees can get to know the bank through the training and then decide to stay or leave.The bank can select professional talents to continue to cultivate through the training.More and more Banks have realized the importance of new employee training.In order to do a good job in new employee training,Banks should have a comprehensive understanding of the characteristics of new employees and formulate a reasonable new employee training program according to the needs of the bank's business development.For new employees,the new employee training can ease the strangeness of the new working environment,at the same time,we can further understand the bank,familiar with the bank's work standards,work requirements,work smoothly through the run-in period,so as to choose to formally join the bank.As for the bank,through the training of new employees,the new employees can fully master the business knowledge and skills of the post and quickly adapt to the banking environment,so as to make the bank's team stronger and add impetus to the development of the bank.XT bank has a special department in charge of the training of new employees,and appointed special persons to supervise the training.The whole training arrangement is in an orderly manner,and the training results can basically meet the requirements of new employees.But the XT bank the new staff training management system is not perfect,the resulting new employee on-boarding prone to error,late secondary intensive training is required,such rapid growth for new employees and independent creative work done,it will also affect the customer of the bank acceptance,is unfavorable to the sound and rapid development of the Banks themselves.Therefore,it is necessary to study the training of new employees in XT bank.Therefore,this article in combing system,on the basis of relevant training athome and abroad related research theory,by analyzing the classical theoretical system,training a large number of data based on the questionnaire survey and interviews,found that XT Banks exist in the new staff training work from grassroots leaders participation,training needs and the actual training there is deviation,training way needs to be optimized and so on seven aspects of the problem,and aiming at these problems to strengthen grass-roots leadership participation,improve training needs and the actual training improvement countermeasures such as fit,optimize the training way,prompting the XT bank new staff training work will be improved.
