As the financial market competition degree of deepening and the further development of market economy in our country,the financial industry for our country the importance and role of social and economic development is more and more obvious.From the external environment at home and abroad present a trend of the development of complex financial environment,from the internal environment to see rising competition between commercial Banks in China,it also makes the already competitive financial market has become more difficult.In fact,the key to the development of financial markets and the core is the talent competition between Banks,the survival and development of talent as a bank of an important capital or resource,for bank management and long-term development has a crucial role,the corresponding it also involves the bank staff training problem.But from the current situation of commercial bank employee training in China is not optimistic,this is also the current our country commercial bank in the common problems in carrying out staff training work.The author was based on the background to H agricultural commercial bank as an example for the employee training scheme optimization is studied and discussed.To this,the author research on paper first introduces the overall thinking and frame structure.First of all,the author in the introduction part,embarks from the research background,research significance,research content,foreshadowing for thesis writing;Secondly,the author in the theoretical part,Again,on H agri-businesses bank is introduced on the basis of the H agri-businesses bank employee training status quo and existing problems are discussed;Second,in H agri-businesses bank staff training analysis the causes of problems,such as:bank employee training is a lack of correct understanding,human department staff training work carries out does not reach the designated position,the lack of perfect knowledge management system,bank staff training system is not sound,etc.;Finally,the author in view of the management job and general job employee on the basis of case analysis,through a series of security measures to promote its implementation and training employees.It should be pointed out that,through the study of this article for H agri-businesses bank employee training scheme research and talent training has important and far-reaching influence.
