In the knowledge economy era of global economic integration, the increasing competitionbetween banks, to increase the market share of the bank, the bank must improve their tackling ability, andenhance staff training is undoubtedly an important means to enhance the bank’s core competitiveness.However, through the investigation found that self-learning model currently used in the presence of banksloose organizational structure, training schedule cannot be effectively controlled, the leading role ofteachers and teacher-student interaction cannot fully reflect the lack of other issues, so reducing the effectsof training, and other practical problems holiday incompatible explore suitable bank staff training onlearning become particularly urgent.Based on the research status on the basis of the training review lead ceremony, elaboratedleading learning content and features, and social constructivist theory, adult learning theory and situatedlearning theory research foundation, conducted a learner that bank employees characteristic analysis andlearning objectives analysis, carried out to lead the learning mode application design staff training in thebank. The design is a "double master" of the principles, objectives and principles guiding principles ofinteractivity, which specifically includes all aspects of the training mission design, learning resourcesdesigned to lead the learning design and evaluation of online learning leading style and design. Finally, thisresearch will lead the learning mode used in training among bank employees, were applied backgroundanalysis and application program implementation and application of the test results.The results show that: the theory and practice-based learning has led to bank staff trainingpractical significance, can effectively solve the outstanding problems that exist in traditional centralized learning, both to achieve the goal of learner-centered, but also play the training of teachers the leading role,while enhancing teachers and students to share their feelings and improve the effectiveness and efficiencyof training, the lead-based learning model is applied to the bank staff training is feasible and effective, andprovides a new way for the bank staff training, and the results should better autonomous learning mode.
