With the deepening of economic system reform of our country, the domestic commercial banks gradually formed a full range of competitive situation, the drive of commercialization and pursuit of profit make this competition especially in economically developed areas become more and more fierce. At present, the bank competition is mainly reflected in the innovation of business, expansion of mechanism, electronic bank and so on, but in the final analysis is the competition of human resources. Therefore, stabilization and improvment of the talent has become the focus of competition in banks’human resources managment. As the the basic way of human resources development and to improve the overall quality of the staff, more and more commercial banks pay more attention to the training.The first task for the new employees into the bank is almost a "training". There are many positive effects to familiar with the business, understand the bank organization system and culture, form the sense of belonging, and maintain stability for training the new employees.The purpose of the study is to investigate whethe and how the new employee’s feeling of the training has the effect of organizational commitment, in-depth understanding of the new staff training needs, timely find defects in management of the bank, to provide effective management suggestions for bank training.According the social exchange theory and "stimulus--response" theory,the study puts forward the concept model and research hypothesis based on the carding and analysis the existing bank training and employees of the organizational commitment; through the questionnaire and interview method to collect the basic data;use of statistical analysis, probes into the influence of new employees’bank training perceptions to organizational commitment, and found that the four dimensions of training perception and the four dimensions of organizational commitment are positive correlation, and the willingness of training, training benefits and superior support have positive prediction effects on affective commitment, willingness of training, training opportunities, training benefits and the four have positive prediction effects on normative commitment, training will have positive prediction effect on ideal commitment, four dimensions of training had no predictive effect on continuance commitment; so the commercial banks should pay attention to cultivate the new employee occupation interest, should timely provide opportunities for training new employees, should take a variety of methods to improve the benefits, and effectively promote the management support.
