| Performance management is an important content of human resources management,which plays an important role in the actual work.Especially in the current human resources management work of private enterprises in China,how to effectively evaluate the performance and performance of employees and continuously improve their enthusiasm.In order to achieve the strategic goals of the organization,performance management is particularly important.In this paper,we take NY company as the research object,discuss the present situation and existing problems of the company’s existing performance appraisal system,and explore the construction of a performance appraisal system that is linked to the enterprise management strategy and closely related to the interests of core employees.It has a certain theoretical and practical significance.NY Company is a joint-stock enterprise located in Wujin National High-tech Zone,Changzhou City.It is a growing private enterprise under the "Southern Jiangsu Model".It has a strong Southern Jiangsu color on its body.Thanks to complete sets and convenient transportation,it has developed rapidly in the past ten years and has become a leading and well-known enterprise in the industry.However,in the process of enterprise development,entrepreneurs especially feel that how to effectively manage the middle-level management team will directly affect the survival and development of enterprises;how to establish a performance appraisal system of middle-level managers in line with the actual situation of enterprises will play a very important role in the transformation and upgrading of enterprises.Based on the review of relevant research documents at home and abroad and the relevant theories,this paper summarizes several kinds of performance evaluation theories for private enterprises,and puts forward the problems and future development directions in the performance evaluation process of private enterprises.Second,introduce the general situation of the company。The research of this paper shows that in the process of optimizing the performance evaluation of NY Company,it is necessary to closely contact the strategic objectives of the management of the organization and promote the continuous improvement of NY Company. |
