In the context of the normalization of the prevention and control of the new pneumonia epidemic,the current development goal of the enterprise is to stabilize the resumption of production and reach production and spare no effort to fight a tough battle.As an important management activity of enterprises,human resource management has become the key to its long-term development.As the core of human resource management,performance management plays an irreplaceable role in the development of enterprises.Plastic packaging products industry is the largest sunrise industry of light industry in China.Facing the impact of the epidemic,the survival and development of most enterprises in the industry are facing severe challenges.As the direct creator of enterprise profits,grass-roots employees are also paid more and more attention by human resources.Establishing scientific and reasonable performance management can realize the synchronous improvement of employee and enterprise performance and promote the stable production of enterprises.Taking the performance management system of grass-roots employees of ZBSM company,a plastic packaging product enterprise,as the research object,combined with the background of the post epidemic era,this paper aims to optimize the enterprise performance management,improve the work enthusiasm of grass-roots employees,enhance the adaptability and competitiveness of enterprises,and provide guarantee for enterprises to meet challenges.Firstly,through questionnaires and interviews,we investigated the current performance management scheme and found the problems existing in its performance management,such as the lack of clear and clear performance plan,unreasonable evaluation indicators,objective and fair performance evaluation,and the virtual existence of performance feedback.Secondly,it analyzes the causes of the problems,the management pays insufficient attention to performance management,the design of performance index system is unreasonable,the communication,feedback and incentive mechanism in the implementation process is not in place,and the application of performance results is unreasonable.Thirdly,the balanced scoring method and KPI key indicator method are used to optimize the performance plan,performance indicator system,performance appraisal method and performance management communication and feedback mechanism.Finally,it puts forward the four guarantee schemes of system,organization,culture and personnel,so as to stimulate the work enthusiasm of grass-roots employees and improve the level of enterprise performance management,so as to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization scheme.The research results also provide reference for similar enterprises to improve the performance management level of grass-roots employees in the post epidemic era.
