Under the influence of the trend of "integration" and "globalization" of international economy,domestic consulting enterprises have gained good development soil and space,but the problems of large quantity,small scale and homogeneity are extremely prominent.The competition among them has become the normalization feature of enterprises,resulting in the very low survival rate of many small and medium-sized consulting enterprises,which is often a flash in the pan.How to cultivate a healthy consulting market and promote rational competition has become the focus of business.This paper starts with the development and existing problems in the field of management consulting,and finds out the outstanding influencing factors in the industry.First,it selects H management consulting company as the specific research object,objectively analyzes its competitive environment,internal environment,its own advantages and disadvantages,and finds out various challenges and opportunities faced by the company.Second,based on 7PS marketing theory,it adopts SWOT method to study and formulate effective In order to promote the development of the marketing field to make a useful attempt and exploration.By expounding the concept and characteristics of consulting industry,it is found that management consulting service enterprises should belong to service-oriented enterprises with typical service characteristics.Therefore,when making marketing strategies,we must get rid of the shackles of traditional marketing theory and make corresponding strategies based on service marketing theory.Based on H company's development objectives and basic positioning,this paper studies and develops a marketing system with a combination nature,so as to integrate the marketing service theory,enhance the pertinence,operability and practicality of the service marketing strategy,and reflect more practical effects.By building a marketing system based on service marketing mix strategy,it has a strong guiding significance for the development of H company and its similar enterprises.It can improve customer experience through differentiated and personalized services;strengthen the cultivation of staff's quality and ability,and constantly improve the comprehensive quality of staff;it is conducive to expand the depth of service of the company,improve the quality of consulting service;it can effectively expand the profit space and enhance the market competitiveness of thecompany.Therefore,for the management consulting company itself,to explore its own marketing system is of great practical significance to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.
