Local consulting management company origins from the nineties of 20th century. Although some companies have already developed maturely, in overall, they couldn’t focus on the domestic market in the economic transition and industry transition period. Most of the consulting companies are still in the naive and chaos status on how to develop and carry out activities on account of market. The article starts with the current situation of management consulting industry, basing on the theories of service marketing, relationship marketing and CRM, combined with a number of home and abroad cases and relevant data, to make analysis and research on the marketing strategy of ZH company in the process of its development and growing up, proposing specific marketing proposal to ZH company, which are of significant reference and experience meanings to other management consulting companies in the phase of developing.The article has six chapters. The first chapter is introduction, which discuss the background, significance and solutions to the marketing of management consulting; The second chapter compares with the management consulting industry to know about its developing situations; The third chapter analyzes and states the management consulting industry in the current marketing situation in our country; The fourth chapter particularly discusses the general and gradual marketing features of ZH company in its development process;The fifth chapter is the key of this article, combined with the practical cases of ZH management consulting company to analyze the gain and loss of ZH company marketing strategy from the point of views of many marketing combination; The sixth chapter analyzes the management consulting companies’marketing issues at the moment, proposing specific countermeasures to solve the problems.
