With the development of society,consumers are paying more and more attention to their experience when they buy products or services.When doing marketing,enterprises should not only do well in product and service quality,but also fully consider the experience of consumers,so that they can stand out in the market competition.After the reform and opening up,China's economy is developing rapidly,and the number of domestic enterprises is increasing.The scale of management training market is also bigger and bigger.However,the development of China's market economy system is late.The research and practice of management theory in China also lag behind the western developed countries.Therefore,in management training industry,the influence of domestic enterprises is negligible.Aiming at this situation,this paper takes a domestic management consulting agency P company as the research object,and optimizes its marketing strategy,hoping to help it develop rapidly.After combing the relevant theoretical literature,combining with the current situation of management training market and the analysis of the actual situation of P company,this paper takes the basic steps of experience marketing as the main line,the related concepts and methods of marketing management theory,and the related thinking of the theory of service quality management to assist the marketing strategy of P company.Optimization.In order to optimize the marketing strategy of P company based on experiential marketing,this paper applies some concepts and methods of traditional marketing management theory and service quality management theory,which makes the whole experience marketing strategy more operable and makes the whole marketing system form a closed loop and can be continuously improved.Because the domestic experience marketing cases are not many,the research results of this paper provide a reference case for the research of the related theories and the rapid development of the domestic small and medium management advisory bodies.
