China's economy has accelerated its growth since the reform and opening up.Currently,it ranks second in the global GDP ranking,and has accumulated a large amount of social wealth,and the overall investment demand of the society has increased.As one of the four pillars of the financial industry,trusts are trusted and configured by more and more residents.At the same time,the development of all walks of life requires a large amount of financial support,which provides conditions for the trust industry to achieve leapfrog development.Jiangsu Trust and its trust business have also ushered in tremendous opportunities on the fast track of development,and continue to consolidate and enhance the status of the industry.However,with the transformation of China's economy under the new normal,under the impact of the industry dividends and new regulatory regulations,Jiangsu Trust's business development is also facing new threats and challenges,in the fierce market competition environment.Winning in the competition is particularly important for strategic research and analysis of market competition.The research object of this paper chooses the trust business of Jiangsu Trust,based on the modern enterprise development strategy theory and market competition strategy theory,combined with the development of trust industry and the reality of enterprise development,using PEST and Porter's powerless model for the market environment facing the development of Jiangsu trust business.Conduct internal and external environmental analysis.The external environmental analysis focuses on the analysis of the macro environment and competitors.The internal environment analysis explores the operational capabilities and management capabilities of Jiangsu's trust business,and then uses SWOT analysis and AHP level quantitative analysis.The dimension is aimed at the advantages and opportunities,the disadvantages and threats,and the optimal market competition strategy direction.For the development of the trust business of Jiangsu Trust,we have selected the strategy of innovation-oriented market segmentation,the win-win development strategy of pragmatic cooperation,the human resource development strategy and the risk control compliance improvement strategy.The research idea of this paper is "propose the problem-analyze the problem-solve the problem-better development",put the theory into practice research,take the trust business of Jiangsu Trust as an example,integrate the internal and external development environment,and point out the development of Jiangsu trust The problems in the process,the opportunities and challenges faced,and the market competition strategy suitable for its development according to the advantages and disadvantages of Jiangsu Trust,have certain reference for the future development of Jiangsu Trust,and also have reference value for other trust companies.
