China's economy is in a period of transformation and development.The country is prosperous and strong,the people live and work in peace,the living standards are constantly improving,and people's demand for material and culture is getting higher and higher.At the same time,with the rapid development of the Internet industry,people's communication methods have undergone profound changes.From 2G,3G,4G to 5G,mobile communication has changed people's lifestyles,and the mobile communication industry has become a hot spot in various countries and regions.China proposes to build an efficient information network,develop the modern Internet industry system,implement the national big data strategy,strengthen information security and other information and communication industry requirements,and promote private capital into the communications industry,which makes China's mobile operators face enormous development opportunities and challenges.FZ Mobile is mainly engaged in mobile communication services,IP telephony and Internet access,and system integration services related to IP telephony and the Internet.FZ Mobile Company pursues the core values of “Zhengde Housheng is good at being good”and the corporate mission of “Creating an infinite communication world and being the pillar of the information society”;continuously reforming and innovating,cultivating the quality of employees' excellence and continuous improvement,forging and courage to challenge themselves,Dare to surpass the spirit of self;adhering to the "communication from the heart" service concept,and strive to provide customers with quality services.This paper systematically analyzes the market competition environment of FZ mobile company from the aspects of macro environment and industry environment by referring to the monopoly of domestic and foreign enterprise market competition strategy theory research results and practical exploration experience,and uses SWOT to analyze FZ mobile company market competition.The opportunities,threats,advantages and disadvantages faced by the company also put forward the positioning,selection and implementation strategies of FZ mobile company's market competition strategy.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)FZ Mobile has advantages in brand,service,operation and maintenance,network,corporate culture,etc,but also has disadvantages such as poor organizational structure,weak fixed network business,and lack of family brands.It faces both favorable national policies and rapid mobile Internet.Development opportunities such as development and explosive growth of information services are also facing challenges in the shift of business focus,homogenization of market products,private capital entry,and the Internet of Things industry chain.FZ Mobile Company should review the situation,give play to its advantages,seize opportunities,make up for the disadvantages,and meet the challenges;(2)FZ Mobile Company should take the overall strategy of Group Headquarters and Jiangxi Company as its guidance,and combine its own resources,capabilities and strategic tasks to position its market competition strategy as "actively creating competitive advantages,enhancing brand competitiveness,and striving for the leading mobile communication service companies in China".In order to achieve the company's strategic positioning,FZ Mobile Company should establish the concept of sustainable development,give full play to the effectiveness of its superior resources,develop actively and innovatively,complete the transformation from mobile communication experts to mobile information experts,improve business types,strengthen customer loyalty with high-quality,convenient and fast services,and fulfill social citizen responsibility while creating value for customers.Establish a good corporate image;(3)FZ mobile company should be based on the current competitive environment and adopt different market segments.Market competition strategy.Among them,the personal market adopts a cost-oriented market competition strategy,the family market adopts a differentiated market competition strategy,and the group market adopts a market competition strategy combining centralization and cost leadership to consolidate and expand the company's market segments.Competitive advantage to ensure the long-term development of the company;(4)FZ mobile company should combine its own reality,strengthen the core business,make up for the short-term fixed network;strengthen the ability to enhance,innovate the marketing model;improve the service process,enhance the customer's stickiness;Strengthen personnel training and other measures to ensure the effective implementation of the company's market competition strategy.
