The market competition strategy in an enterprise has deep affection for enterprise’s short-term and long-term development.The fierce market competition circumstances in today’s society,if one enterprise would like to realize long-term and healthy development and stable growth,an enterprise want to realize the healthy development of the long-term and stable growth,the one must have a set of market competition strategy which suitable for own enterprise and action plan.This article combining with the industrial characteristics of domestically well-known self-owned brand car light enterprise-A company,and the current market circumstances that A company facing,to provide an effective market competition strategy that suitable for the company’s own development.This article based on the analyses of macro environment and industrial situation,further to explore deeply the internal and external environment,advantages and disadvantages that A company facing.Then dedicate the author’s suggestion and methods for A company market completion strategy according the analysis results.And implementation and safeguard measures for this market competition strategy.Through this research,hope to provide some reference and value for A company market competition strategy,and help A company to improve the market share.During competing in the market with domestic and abroad competitors,the advantages is gradually revealed,and strengthen own competition advantages gradually.
