With global economic integration and an open domestic market, foreign injection machine manufacturers have entered the domestic market in different forms so that they have comparatively favorable competitive advantages in the market of sophisticated products. The competitive environment of injection machine grows gradually dynamic and complicated. However, due to insufficient explicit competition strategy, our domestic manufacturers of injection machine that have been growing up under a relatively self-enclosed market environment lack the capability of meeting an emergency and competing with opponents, which has resulted in the decreased market share of some manufacturers and poor profitability of products in the severe competition. Choosing Liuzhou Kaiyu Science & Technology Co., Ltd., a domestic injection machine manufacturer as its research target, this article does a survey and research on current development of the domestic injection machine market by means of qualitative and quantitative analysis, and makes a comparative analysis of its industry environment after analyzing and studying the competition in injection machine industry based on the Porter's five forces model. Next, it not only studies the internal & external resources of Liuzhou Kaiyu Science & Technology Co., Ltd., advantages & disadvantages compared with its competitors and possible chances as well as threats in the target market based on SWOT analysis, but divides the domestic injection machine market based on target market-selecting theory and decides on the target market that the company shall enter. Finally, based on competition strategy-related theory, it puts forward the competition strategy that it shall adopt, i.e., it should participate in the competition of domestic low and medium grade injection machine market by adopting goal centralized strategy and total cost strategy so as to realize the sustainable competition strategy through strategic alliance. And it brings forward the strategic implementation scheme and measures of Liuzhou Kaiyu Science & Technology Co., Ltd. as key points.
