With the continuous improvement of the market economy system,the financing guarantee industry with the company as the main body has risen rapidly.This has adapted to the needs of market development,promoted the realization of fair trade,and has broad space for development in the future.At present,China's economy is in the “new normal” period,and it should be affirmed and relied on the social value of small and medium-sized enterprises to make them the focus of expanding domestic demand,promoting employment,and innovating technologies.In order to achieve this kind of market structure,the market needs a policy financing guarantee agency that is specifically responsible for providing financial support for SMEs,but due to the short development time of the modern guarantee business in China,the external supporting market environment is not yet mature,and the operation guarantee business is added.The lack of useful experience of enterprises,China's credit guarantee companies encounter setbacks in the development process,while the guarantee business in China's sustainable development remains uncertain.Therefore,in order to realize the long-term healthy development of the financing guarantee industry in China,the relevant guarantee company must select a suitable development strategy,so as to ensure its own growth and at the same time promote the development of China's financing guarantee business.Jiangxi Xintan was approved by the Jiangxi Provincial People's Government and Jiangxi Provincial SASAC took the lead in establishing it.It established 102 branch companies and a sales department in the province.The guarantee network covers the entire province.Jiangxi Xindan's service aims to help enterprises solve guarantees.Difficulties,difficult loans,difficulties in financing,support the healthy development of enterprises.After years of development,Jiangxi Xindan's comprehensive strength,business scale,bank credit,and internal control management rank among the forefront of the province's guarantee industry.However,in the development process of Jiangxi Xindan,there are also many problems such as unclear organizational functions,lagging human resources management,inadequate brand building,backward marketing methods,and weak risk control,which directly affect market competitiveness and sustainable development.Based on the research results and practical experience of domestic and foreign market competition strategies,this article analyzes the environment of Jiangxi Xindan market competition,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the market competition environment and the opportunities faced by it.Challenges,and in a targeted manner,put forward the Jiangxi Xincheng market competition strategy and implementation strategy.The main conclusions are:(1)China's economic transformation and upgrading requires policy-based credit guarantee agencies to provide financial support for the development of SMEs.However,compared to developed countries,the development of financing guarantee industry in China is not long enough,and the overall level of development has fallen behind.Especially during the “new normal” period,it is not only necessary to meet the financing needs of SMEs,but also to maintain its competitiveness.With regard to sustainable development capabilities and the future development of the guarantee industry,there are major challenges.(2)Jiangxi Xindan Development has great support from the country,strong social demand and other major challenges.It also faces enormous challenges such as lack of related systems,imperfect credit system and fierce competition in the industry;backed by existing government,high credit of state-owned enterprises,and funds Strong human resources and other competitive advantages,there are also policy constraints,lack of high-quality talent,R & D and innovation ability is not strong and other competitive disadvantages.But overall,opportunities are greater than challenges,and advantages are stronger than disadvantages.(3)Combining the competitive environment of the Jiangxi Xincheng market and the reality of its own operations,Jiangxi Xindan should focus on the market competition strategy that combines diversification and defensive strategies.The specific implementation should focus on the organization and function strategy,marketing management strategy,Financial management strategy,R&D and innovation strategy,brand management strategy,human resources strategy,risk prevention and control strategy,information management strategy,etc.continue to advance and cooperate with each other to enhance Jiangxi Xindan's market competitiveness and social and economic benefits,and promote Jiangxi letter The sustainable and healthy development.
