The successful enterprise competition strategies are important guarantee and practical foundation for sustained and health development of enterprises. With the increasing intense of external environment, more and more uncertain factors which County A Company, Guangxi of China Mobile Communications Corporation (CMCC) face to, and the competition pressure of market become more serious. It is the problem that County A Company, Guangxi of CMCC should be considered how to make effective and correct competition strategies. Firstly, this thesis introduces the basic theories of market competition and analyzes the relationship between competition and development strategies of market; illustrate the tools and methods for market competition. Then, this thesis analyzes the internal and external environment in County A Company, Guangxi of CMCC. Further more, this thesis analyzes SWOT in internal and external environment of this company. Finally, this thesis proposes the market strategies for County A Company, Guangxi of CMCC.
