In the digital economy environment,the survival and development of enterprises is crucial to the secret is talent,rational talent flow is conducive to the enterprise to improve creativity,to maintain momentum.However,in recent years,the phenomenon of employee turnover or frequent job hopping and the decrease of employee loyalty is prominent,especially the decrease of the loyalty of backbone employees will aggravate the negative impact of the sustainable development of enterprises.When improving employee loyalty cultivation,enterprises should fully stimulate the potential and deep-seated needs of employees,and enrich the enterprise's reserve force of talents,so that the talent treasure house can fully reflect its due role.Therefore,the establishment of a high loyalty,high-quality staff echelon,improve the enterprise's core competitiveness,promote its long-term stable development,is gradually becoming the modern enterprise management to overcome the development problem.In reality,enterprises have adopted various measures to maintain loyalty strategies,but since employees are in the normal state of dynamic change,the idea of dimission is also inevitable,which is often referred to as the "incubation period of dimission".This period is especially critical for backbone employees,if the enterprise to the backbone employees changes found in time,to take positive and effective strain measures,not only can retain in "incubation period" the backbone employees,also will be beneficial to improve backbone employees loyalty index,and can effective to strengthen the stability of the staff team.Therefore,how to increase the satisfaction of backbone employees,reduce the turnover rate to improve the loyalty of backboneemployees,so that the enterprise in an invincible position in the competition,has become a bottleneck for every enterprise managers to break through.The study on the basis of the present situation of DS company human resources,through the analysis of the backbone employees loss situation,using the backbone employees interviews and survey of employee satisfaction and turnover intention,that finds out the reasons that lead to the decrease of dimission of backbone employees and loyalty,combining with the psychological contract theory,and dig employee loyalty,satisfaction,turnover intention and the inner link between psychological contract,to backbone employees loyalty management strategies are put forward.In the analysis and research,fully using the interview method and questionnaire investigation,through to the DS company in-service backbone employees and part of the backbone employees who left the interview and survey of employee satisfaction and turnover intention,through statistical analysis of data,combining the current situation of DS company backbone employees loyalty,according to the employees' psychological contract based on the analysis of the relevant information,the application of case method profound analysis,finally put forward the backbone employees loyalty promotion strategy and specific measures.The innovation of this paper mainly lies in the application innovation.At present a lot of research for enterprise employees loyalty,however,there are a few of researches on the loyalty of backbone employees in state-owned enterprises.Based on the DS company backbone employees for the study of the carrier,focused on investigation and analysis of backbone employees loyalty to reduce the influence of factors,combined with modern management,human resources management theory and the status quo of the company,the scientific conclusion on the basis of field investigation,the system combines a variety of methods,to improve the validity and reliability of the target under the premise of the analysis the current situation of DS company state-owned enterprises backbone employees loyalty and to develop countermeasures.In order to put forward effective and feasible measures and Suggestions for improving the loyalty of backbone employees,the paper combines theory with practice on the basis of psychological contract and humanizedmanagement measures,which has certain operability and practical value,and summarizes the development law suitable for the promotion of backbone employees loyalty in state-owned enterprises.The innovation point of this paper mainly lies in the application innovation.At present a lot of research for enterprise employees loyalty,however,there are a few of researches on the loyalty of backbone employees in state-owned
