How to make employee satisfied and promote their loyalty is an important problem for the continuous development of any modern enterprises. Only satisfied employee can bring satisfied customers, which ensure the company could run with great efficiency. The purpose of this study is to find a more scientific method for employee satisfaction assessment, apply the structure equation model (SEM) method into measuring employee satisfaction degree, construct a whole employee satisfaction SEM, and analyse the causality among variables through a real survey, such as the relationship between employee perceived value and employee satisfaction etc. The main research works in the paper are listed as follows:1.The research background and significance are described. The research content of the paper is confirmed.2.Most existing employee satisfaction metrical methods are introduced. On the basis of analyzing advantages and disadvantages of each method, the SEM method is applied into measuring employee satisfaction.3.Large numbers of research fruit about employee satisfaction causal variables and result variables are studied in this paper. On the basis of those theories and conclusions, a whole employee satisfaction structure equation model is constructed.4.An employee satisfaction survey is putted into practice. In this survey, 321 questionnaires were sent out. 303 were returned and 232 were valid. A series of relevant tests are performed, the questionnaire has good reliability and validity, and the model structure is proper. The following conclusions are reached: (1) employee perceived value (EPV) has a significant positive effect on employee satisfaction (ES); (2) employee expectation (EE) has a negative effect on ES, the influence coefficient is small; (3) ES has a positive effect on employee loyalty (EL), the influence coefficient is also small; (4) affective commitment (AC) has a positive effect on EL, the influence coefficient is extremely small; (5) continuance commitment (CC) has a significant positive effect on EL; (6) ES has a significant positive effect on AC; (7) EPV has a positive effect on CC, the influence coefficient is small.
