As the saying goes: " The king regards the people as the heaven,and the people regards food as the heaven".In recent years,although food safety has attracted more and more attention,malignant food safety incidents have occurred from time to time,which not only cause serious damage to the interests of consumers,but also have a great impact on the credibility of the government.At the same time,frequent food safety problems highlight that food safety regulatory reform has been in urgent need.However,due to the impact of various factors,the food safety of county-level administrative units has been unable to be completely improved.In addition to the complexity of food processing and circulation links in county-level administrative units,food safety supervision and management means,supervision and management system and supervision and management system also need to be improved and strengthened.This article choose food safety supervision and management of county B in Shandong province as the research object,based on the current situation of food safety in County B,through the literature data,field survey and case analysis method,according to the relevant theory,the food Safety Problem-Measures correlation analysis is studied;the problems of food safety supervision in County B is pointed out based on the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the actual cases and survey data.Moreover,combined with excellent domestic and foreign food safety supervision mode,the effective measures to improve food safety supervision and management in County B is proposed and a safety supervision mode suitable for grass-roots food market is constructed.The study could improve the operability of grass-roots food safety supervision in our country,point out the way and prospect for the development of food safety supervision and management in county administrative units,and provide reference for national food safety supervision and management.Firstly,through consulting domestic and foreign literature,this paper introduces the concepts and theoretical basis of food safety supervision,and clarifies the theoretical knowledge and basic concepts involved in food safety supervision.Through data analysis,the latest research progress on food safety supervision at home and abroad is obtained,the main research content of this paper is determined,and the innovation point of this paper is condensed.Based on this,this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the relevance of food safety supervision,not only analyzes the factors affecting food safety,but also studies the relationship between food safety supervision and food safety.Secondly,based on the current situation of food safety and supervision in county B,this paper points out the current situation and existing problems of food safety supervision in county B through field investigation and other methods,and then studies the causes,and points out the necessity and urgency of strengthening food safety supervision in county B.Finally,by fully referring to the experience of food safety supervision in developed countries and combining with the actual situation of county B,the paper puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions to improve the food safety supervision in county B.
