Research On The Administrative Supervision Of Network Food In China

“Hunger breeds discontentment,food safety first”,food security is always a major livelihood project in our country,it is related to hundreds of millions of people's safety about life and health.With the rapid development of internet technology in the modern society,the proportion of e-commerce economy is bigger and bigger in the economic field.Selling food by the internet has become a new pattern of the food management in internet age.The trade about food sold by the internet involves three aspects: electronic commerce,financial circulation and food transaction.Its complexity can be imagined,which adds a lot of difficulties to the supervision of our administrative departments.This article introduces the concept of food and the food sold by the internet first.Then based on the characteristics of the food sold by the internet,this paper analyzes the different trading modes of the food sold by the internet should use the different modes of supervision.And then the paper introduces the mode,subject,object and the way of the supervision of the safety about food sold by the internet.Later,this paper introduces the legislative development of the food sold by the internet in China and the development of food safety regulation system,and then discusses the disadvantages of our country in this field.Then the paper researches the pattern of the administrative supervision of the food sold by the internet in developed countries,our country should learn their essences.Finally,some suggestions are putted forward to solve the problems which are about the process of the supervision of the food sold by the internet in China: First of all,the legislative aspect needs to be perfected.Secondly,the administrative supervision needs to be strengthened.We should strictly regulate the standard of these operators,and set up a supervisory team which has reasonable structure and scientific and efficient supervision,and further perfect a technical supervision department to promote cooperation among various regions and departments.Finally,we should innovate the way of supervision.A one-stop food safety information system should be established,a mechanism for the information exchange should be established,and the new technology to further improve the food traceability system should be used.
