Research On Land Use Model And Efficiency Of China-Indonesia JuLong Agricultural Industry Cooperation Zone

The implementation of the "Belt and Road" initiative has promoted exchanges and mutual development of the countries along the route,benefited neighboring countries,and promoted the construction of a community of human destiny,which has been increasingly valued by the international community.Guided by the “Belt and Road” initiative,China's cooperation with Indonesia is getting closer and closer.The amount of Chinese investment in Indonesia has been increasing year by year,and the forms have become increasingly diverse,which has helped China to build an overseas cooperation zone in Indonesia.The China-Indonesia Julong Agricultural Industry Cooperation Zone is a national cooperation zone of China in Indonesia.It has the typical characteristics of an agricultural cooperation zone.The successful construction of the Julong cooperation zone provides experience and makes a good demonstration for Chinese enterprises to invest in building an agricultural cooperation zone.This article starts with the investment relationship between China and Indonesia by use of Chinese investment in Indonesia and Indonesia's GDP as data,and uses Granger causality test and linear regression analysis methods to explore the impact of Chinese investment on the Indonesian economy,which provides the basis for building the cooperation zone in Indonesia.Subsequently,the development process of the cooperation zone is further sorted out,and the problems are summarized,such as high investment capital,poor infrastructure,difficult land acquisition,and difficult recruitment in the cooperation zone.Secondly,it analyzes the key land use model during the construction and development of the cooperation zone,combed the process of Julong Group's land acquisition in Indonesia,and makes a game analysis of the different behaviors of Julong Group and local farmers during the land acquisition process.It is concluded that the benefits can be maximized in conjunction with land acquisition.Thirdly,according to the characteristics of agricultural overseas cooperation zones,an index system and model is constructed to evaluate the land use benefits of the cooperation zones.Although the economic,social,and ecological benefit evaluation curves fluctuated,they generally showed an upward trend.Finally,based on the above research results,specific suggestions are made for the future development of the Julong Cooperation Zone and the agricultural cooperation zone,for instance,formulating a scientific land plan to balance multiple benefits,focusing on the role of farmers in the game and establishing a compensation mechanism for land acquisition cooperation,employing local talents to enhance the people's identity in the host country,building a platform for investment communication and cooperation to create a good corporate image.
