A Research On Core Business Process Based Integration Of Finance And Business Of FY Company

Along with the economic development into “new normal”,the traditional manufacturing enterprises are facing increasingly fierce and tough competition environment and situation.The improvement of overall management including business management and financial management has become the inevitable choice.In order to cope with the problems caused by traditional management mode based on functions and properly solve the communication and integration problems between finance function and business function to ultimately increase enterprise value,more and more enterprises begin to attach importance on the integration of business and finance now.In this dissertation,the author takes FY,a manufacturing company as the research object,based on the theory of integration of business & finance and process management,uses literature research method and case study method,to research the application of integration of business and finance based on core business processes.This dissertation reviews and summarizes relevant theories and research results of the integration of business and finance,sets up the analysis framework of process based integration of business and finance based on process management theory,so as to provide theoretical support for implementing industry and finance integration.Under the guidance of analytical framework,combining the main problems of integration of FY company,this dissertation puts forward core process based integration scheme and supporting measures,ensures the organic integration of business and finance,make sure the finance team effectively participate in the business process,and process evaluation covers both process and financial indexes as well,to improve the process management and financial management level of FY company,and create value for the company.This research enriches the applied research of integration of business and finance.By summarizing related research experience,it can provide references for similar enterprises to carry out conducting similar integrations.
