With the rapid development of information technology and the continuous progress of the market economy,the economic environment has undergone unprecedented changes.In the new environment,the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce,the technology update is accelerating,the customer demand is changing constantly,all of which have put forward new challenges to the effective management of the enterprise,also on the traditional accounting model which formed under the guidance of the specialization of labor theory which was raised by Adam Smith in the industrial age.The times call for the development of management concept,management methods and management tools as well as the innovation of financial accounting theory and practice.As a reflection of contemporary advanced management ideas and business ideas,financial and business integration can achieve financial information and supply chain management information and production information synchronization processing and monitoring,so that the information flow,capital flow and logistics can be unified,which represents the future development direction.It also makes the integration of enterprise finance and business attracts more and more attention from some enterprises.Lots of enterprises in our country have practiced the management mode of financial and business integration,however,most enterprises only use information technology to analyze and deal with the extracted data.They haven't achieved the real information integration within the enterprise,and it is difficult to achieve a substantial increase in the level of enterprise management.Therefore,how to change the inherent view that the business process is important than the financial process,so that the position of finance in the enterprise can be improved and the financial and business integration can be deep-level,all-round practiced,and thus promote the improvement of enterprise management level is a very practical topic.Based on the current situation of economic development and financial management in our country,this paper summarizes the literatures related to the integration of corporate finance and business,and discusses the relevant theories at first.Secondly,the paper selects the SINOPEC Nanjing Chemical Industries Company as the research object,and conducts a specific study of the implementation of the financial and business integration in this company,which can be divided into three parts:corporate philosophy,organizational structure and implementation measures.Finally,this paper tries to deduce the path of the implementation of financial and business integration of enterprises through the analysis of this case and put forward relevant suggestions,so that this paper can provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for enterprises that are or are ready to carry out financial and business integration.
