Research On The Performance Evaluation Of Service Enterprise Business Process Based On The Perspective Of Strategy

With the development of economy and society,all walks of life are faced with the problem of increasing competitive pressure,improving service level,etc.,to improve the management model and enhance the performance of enterprises has become an issue of concern.Since 1990s,the theory of process management has become the vanguard theory in the field of theoretical research and enterprise practice.As an important part of the process management theory,the theory of process performance evaluation has attracted more and more attention in the field of enterprise management.On the basis of reviewing and combing the literature,found that scholars on the process design of performance evaluation system has many deficiencies and defects,especially in the evaluation of the performance evaluation process,single point of view,the micro level evaluation is more inclined to the enterprise,which makes the process be able to stand on a higher level of enterprise evaluation,make the process it is difficult to adapt to the development needs of the present stage,this paper based on the status quo formally put forward a new performance evaluation process--from the strategic perspective,to research in the field of complement.In the process of study,firstly combs and reviews related theories of process management and performance management,so as to lay the theoretical foundation for the design of business process service enterprise performance evaluation system;secondly,systematic analysis of the literature about the lack of process performance evaluation index selection,and then puts forward the evaluation process from a strategic perspective and evaluation of process performance.The strategy from the perspective of design the corresponding evaluation index,evaluation method and evaluation index weight distribution based on,in order to establish the system of business process services on the basis of enterprise performance evaluation index.Then,the evaluation index system of process performance design as the foundation,based on the use of mathematical research methods,qualitative and quantitative analysis of a combination of research methods,combining theoretical research and Empirical Analysis on the design process of the performance evaluation system for modeling and quantitative calculation,realize the model of business process performance evaluation system.Finally,to a large domestic communications company as an enterprise,the enterprise will select one of the core process and evaluate the circuit open service process,in order to obtain the performance evaluation results of the business process,and then put forward the countermeasures and suggestions of improvement process.
