| Salary motivation system is closed related with the benefits of employees and the achievement of company's gosls, which is important component of human resource management system. Whether enterprises can develop and design a set of the most effective regulation for salary motivation is a key issue, which is to be resolved urgently to a further development of the majority of enterprises. Especially the State-owned construction enterprises, in the face of the arrival of the era of knowledge economy, it is important to strengthen and standardize their human resources management, and formulate a set of regulation for salary motivation which has stimulating effect and help to strengthen the core competitiveness of enterprises.This article evaluated the establishment of the salary motivation of the Sixth Engineering Co. in Hunan Province, through the research of the salary motivation status of the Sixth Engineering Co. in Hunan Province, and based on the salary motivation system design program and company's strategy and current situation, designed a salary motivation system that fit the requirement of the development the Sixth Engineering Co. in Hunan Province. There are four sections in this article. The first part introduced the backbround information and objective of this article, discussed the related theories of salary management and motivation, and introduced the research methods and contents of this article. In the second part, we introduced the basic information of the Sixth Engineering Co. in Hunan Province, its organization structure, and analyzed current salary motivation. In the third part, aiming on the established model of salary motivation system desing, we introduced the preparation work of salary system desing through organization restructuring, work analysis and performance management, and set up a flexible salary system in order to motivate employees of the Sixth Engineering Co. in Hunan Province. The last part evaluated and concluded the redesign of the salary system of the Sixth Engineering Co. in Hunan Province, analyzed its rationality, limitations and methods of improvement. |
