In recent years,China's economy has begun to enter the "new normal",the economic growth has slowed down,and the development speed of all walks of life has also been reduced simultaneously.The bidding agency industry started late in China,and is still in the stage of rapid development driven by the development of foreign bidding and procurement industry.Due to the difference of political and economic environment,the way of bidding agency in China is still in the process of exploration.The state continuously adjusts and optimizes the bidding agency industry.While promoting the development of the industry,the enterprises entering the bidding agency industry are increasing day by day,and the competition is becoming increasingly fierce.Now for the whole bidding agency industry,the traditional service mode will face the adverse situation of market scale reduction and vicious competition aggravation,and the service mode needs innovation.In this case,how to ensure the smooth progress of bidding and procurement activities,realize the optimal allocation of resources,at the same time,avoid the competition under the new situation threatening the survival and development of enterprises,is an important topic that every bidding agency can not ignore.Based on the theory of domestic and foreign enterprise strategy management,combined with the current economic forms,policies and regulations,as well as the research views and conclusions of many scholars,this paper takes Bid Tendering Co.,Ltd.as a specific case to study and analyze the competitive strategy of enterprises.Through the theory of competitive strategy,using PEST analysis,Porter's five forces model analysis and SWOT analysis,this paper makes a systematic analysis and comparison of the macro environment,industry environment,resource advantages and capability level of Bid Tendering Co.,Ltd.in order to match the opportunities and threats,advantages and disadvantages that Bid Tendering Co.,Ltd.is facing,and build a business development model with Bid Tendering Co.,Ltd A suitable competitive strategy.Under the guidance of strategic objectives,this paper puts forward specific strategic implementation plan and safeguard measures to ensure the implementation of competitive strategy.Using SWOT analysis,we conclude that Bid Tendering Co.,Ltd.should adopt the wo model strategy,that is,the turnaround strategy.At the same time,adopt the centralized strategy to concentrate the main resources in the original business,under the premise of maintaining the original professional level and customer group,we should reverse our own disadvantages,make full use of the industry opportunities brought by the whole macro environment,extend the service content,realize the electronic operation of the whole process,at the same time,establish the brand advantages,and actively develop new offices We should build a scientific and reasonable organizational structure,form a perfect mechanism of talent recruitment,training and incentive,establish a scientific financial system and an effective risk prevention mechanism,so as to form a strong competitiveness of enterprises and promote the healthy and stable development of enterprises.Although the research of this paper is based on the competitive strategy of bide Tendering Co.,Ltd.,it also has certain reference value and significance for other enterprises in the bidding agency industry.
