| As countries of bidding and tendering industry investment is more and more big,the domestic bidding market is gradually with international bidding market,bidding agent service under the new situation the increasingly fierce competition in the industry.R engineering bidding agent company,hereinafter referred to as the R company,founded in 2008,is R in the native city bidding agent companies set up late,but nearly 10 years of development history,gradually become larger R city agents,employees nearly 70 people.But in recent years,the development of R company has stagnated,and even there are signs of retrogression.This paper studies the main content of tendering in the current new forms and new policies,draw lessons from the domestic and foreign research situation,in R company for specific case,as a key research,through the strategic management theory and the tool of PEST analysis,porter five model,SWOT analysis tools,etc.,to determine in the external environment and internal environment under the influence of R company's core competitiveness,to solve problems of enterprise development R company.In this paper,the R company in the future in the process of enterprise growth strategy makes in-depth discussion,on the basis of scientific theory,put forward the feasible strategies,such as focus on the core business,taking "differentiation" service line,advancing the construction of electronic bidding platform,diversified business model,etc.,and from professional talent reserves,improve the salary system,strengthen the customer relationship management,strengthen the brand construction and propaganda,etc,made a series of strategic implementation safeguard.Although this paper studies the enterprise development strategy of R company,it also provides useful reference for the development of other small and medium-sized bidding agencies,which has certain reference significance. |
