Bidding is a complicated procedure,take procedures complete,many links and has strong professional characteristics,which derived from the bidding agency,established in accordance with the law,intermediary organizations entrusted by the tenderee to organize the bidding activities and provide related services in the society.In recent years,China's bidding agency industry has achieved rapid development,the number of bidding agencies has increased year by year,and the amount of bidding agency has been increasing.C bidding agency urgently needs to analyze from the perspective of competitive strategy and formulate competition strategy to guide the development of the bidding agency business in the future.This article is based on the basic theory and analysis model of management.Firstly,the PEST model is used to analyze the political strategic and legal environment,economic development environment,consumer habits,and technology development environment of C bidding agency,and concluded the existed opportunity of C bidding agency.At the same time,the porter's five forces model is used to make in-depth analysis in five aspects such as the current suppliers bargaining ability,the buyer's bargaining ability,threat from entrants,threats from alternative and threat from competitors,and also concluded the threats that C bidding agency has to face.Secondly,from the resources perspective of the C bidding agency,a comprehensive analysis was made according to the internal environment of the C bidding agency,and concluded the advantages of C bidding agency,meanwhile,analyzed the disadvantages of C bidding agency.Finally,through the comprehensive SWOT analysis combined with the dealer development goals and vision,a general development strategy and business development strategy had been formulated.Through the analysis,it is clear that the C bidding agency's implementation of differentiation strategy is its inevitable choice.The differentiation strategy of C bidding agency mainly includes technology innovation strategy,service standard strategy,service extension strategy,sales market strategy,electronic tendering strategy and capital market strategy.At the same time,the importance of technology research,changing marketing idea,optimize the profit mode of implementation of six competitive strategy,and through the adjustment of the organizational structure,optimize human resources,strengthen business quality so as to ensure the implementation of the strategy.
