G bidding consulting company was established in 2001,engaged in the tender,the final accounts,supervision,supplemented by tender management consulting activities.Since the establishment of the company,it has always been based on the principle of "service foremost and credit transaction as enterprise development".It always keeps on improving the quality and level of service and ensures objective and fair bidding.It has made great strides in recent years.Although G company has a certain scale,showing a good overall development trend,but in the development process there are more problems.For example,the internal management system is not perfect,the execution is not strong,not timely follow-up of existing policy changes and personnel mobility and other issues,the main reason for these problems is that G Tendering Consulting Company has no clear direction and strategic positioning.This article summarizes many problems existing in the bidding consulting company of G,and analyzes the macro environment and industrial environment of G bidding consulting company by five forces model analysis and PEST analysis.An external environment assessment matrix is used to analyze the external environment of the company,and the conclusion is drawn that the external environment brings more positive impacts on the future development of G bidding consultancy than the negative impact.Afterwards,it made a comprehensive evaluation of the organization structure,human resource management structure,operational capability and financial management,and explained the advantages and disadvantages of internal management and external development of the company.The internal environment evaluation matrix was used to analyze the internal environment of the company,And concludes that the current internal environment has a positive impact on the company's future development more than the negative impact.Based on the above,the results of the correlation analysis are summarized,and the strategic objectives and strategic positioning for the future development of G Tendering Consulting Company are formulated.That is,the company has developed into a long-term strategic goal of consummation of well-known national bidding consultation service agencies and a short-term development target of consummationof bid consultancy service for H province's well-known consulting business.G Tender Consulting focuses on the strategic positioning of high-value tender projects.Put forward the implementation of centralized strategy to expand the market,the implementation of differentiation strategy to provide special services.Clearly strengthen the business team building,improve organizational structure,establish a sound incentive system,strengthen the training of corporate culture and other related safeguards help to explore the potential for enterprise development,to ensure sustainable and healthy development.In addition,G company's lack of development is also a common problem in the bidding consulting industry.This thesis also has certain reference value and reference significance for the formulation and implementation of other bidding consulting company's development strategy.
