Nowadays,the major commercial banks are rising.Some excellent city commercial banks with high income products,high quality service to occupy the upper hand of the banking industry,constantly impact on the original development of state-owned commercial banks.At the same time,the commercial banks are under attack from within and without,they have to face the challenge of artificial intelligence.Talent plays a key role in this fierce bank competitions,especially the high-quality grass-roots staff has occupied an important position in the development of banks.As the only large subordinate city bank in Northeast China of Bank of Communications,Jilin Branch has always attached great importance to the grass-roots staff training.Bank of Communications Jilin Branch hopes to continuously tap the potential of grass-roots employees through training and raise it to achieve the purpose of promoting the development.But there still exist a lot of problems,such as: lack of needs analysis,lack of effective evaluation,lack of institutional guarantee measures,the training project and method are simple,training is difficult to meet the post competency and so on.The existing grass-roots staff training program has been difficult to match the current development of Bank of Communications Jilin Branch.This paper takes grass-roots staff of Bank of Communications Jilin Branch as the research object.The paper illustrates the existing grass-roots staff training program,finds out the problems,analyzes the reasons,and puts forward the corresponding improvement measures.Since 2019,the Bank of Communications has been deepening the internal reform as the state proposes to deepen the financial supply-side structural reform.The external form and marketing mode of Jilin Branch network have changed greatly so that the ability of personnel needs to be improved rapidly,which the training needed for reform and development is also increasing day by day.Improving and strengthening the existing grass-roots staff training is the key problem to be solved by Bank of Communications Jilin Branch at this stage.This paper analyzes training program through literature research and investigation.Based on the theories of target setting theory,Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,competency theory and Kirkpatrick Model,this paper puts forward the principles and objectives of improving the training program according to the overall development plan and goal of state-owned commercial banks,and improves and optimizes the demand design,course content design,teacher strength reserve and system implementation guarantee of the training program of Bank of Communications Jilin Branch.The paper figures out specific implementation of the improved training program.The implementation of the basic staff training program of Bank of Communications Jilin Branch is supported by organization and system guarantee.Through the study on improvement of grass-roots training program of Bank of Communications Jilin Branch,this paper finds that the training effect depends on whether the enterprise promotes the strategic development and post competence in the training process and safeguard measures are effective.On the other hand,it depends on two aspects,whether enterprise and employees share the same development or the employees meet their needs for demand.The purpose of this paper is to improve the problems in the training program of the grass-roots staff of Bank of Communications Jilin Branch and improve the training effect and go through the difficulties of reform and development.Above all,training of grass-roots staff is to further improve the quality and ability of the basic staff and enhance the sense of belonging of the staff,so as to promote the rapid development of Bank of Communications Jilin Branch.
