| In recent years,training has become an effective way for enterprises to enhance their core competitiveness.Training has also become one of the means to enhance employees’ quality,retain outstanding employees,and to share the company’s strategic goals.As a US-funded fast-moving consumer goods company,M company has carried out a lot of training after entering the Chinese market,but the training effect is not satisfactory,and the knowledge level and quality of grassroots employees lag behind the rapid development of the company.In order to enable the company to develop more sustainably and stably,it is very necessary to optimize the training of the existing grass-roots employees of M company and improve the effectiveness of the training,so as to help the company’s development.Through questionnaires and interviews,this paper deeply analyzes the five major problems existing in the current grass-roots employee training of M company,namely,low enthusiasm of young employees for training,the same and single teaching method,training needs research is a mere formality,training content is out of practice and high repetition and lack of effective training assessments.Combined with the training theories such as information processing theory,learning organization theory,and Kirkpatrick Model,the existing problems are deeply analyzed,the reasons for the current problems in the training of grass-roots employees in M company are analyzed,and corresponding solutions are provided.For example,choose various teaching methods,improve the training instructor management system,optimize the process of training plan formulation,optimize the setting of training courses,and establish an evaluation mechanism based on the Kirkpatrick Model,so as to improve the initiative of employees to participate in training and improve the quality of training.This paper’s research results can improve the quality of the grass-roots staff training of M company to a certain extent,help M company develop continuously,and also provide a certain reference for enterprises in the same industry. |
