With the development of the education level of grass-roots employees,the working motive of staffs is being more and more multiple.Accompany with the arising of flattening organization and borderless career,career transition and job mobility have become to a common universal phenomenon.Grass-roots staffs are more and more deeply realizing that it's necessary to focus on their own career development in order to achieve the occupational success.The career development of employees has to be built on the organization platform.To keep the competitiveness of business organizations,the requirement of staffs' career development must be noticed,thus to reduce the turnover intention of employees and promote the staffs to make behaviors for organization development.A company is a state-owned holding enterprise leading in finance logistics industry and its main business is to provide financing operations for warehousing.Since the company business is advancing rapidly,the shortage of grass-roots staffs is getting bigger and bigger and gradually impedes the expansion of company business.Facing the high separation rate of basic staffs,by face to face exit interview with basic staffs,the human resource department of A company finds out that the first element which prompts the exit is"career development issue".This dissertation is to clarify the current status of grass-roots staffs' career management in A company,analyze the existing problems and carry out the career management research for basic employees in A company,meantime to draft the optimization proposal of career management for grass-roots employees in A company.Meanwhile,to provide related safeguard measures to ensure the qualification system is operating effectively among the grass-roots employees.
