Since the reform and opening up,the tourism industry has been booming and flourishing.Data from the China Tourism Research Institute shows that China's tourism economy will continue to maintain a faster growth rate than GDP growth in 2019.Due to the change of people's consumption concept,the tourism consumption market is getting bigger and bigger,and with it,the demand for tourism-related industries is increasing and the requirements are constantly increasing.Among the six elements of tourism: "eating,living,transporting,traveling,entertaining,and purchasing," hotels,as carriers of accommodation elements,occupy a very important position.The demand for hotels in the development of the tourism industry is also increasing day by day.From the pursuit of simple accommodation in the past to the pursuit of better quality and better services,this requires the hotel industry to provide more quality products and services.Meet the needs of the market and consumers.In recent years,the hotel industry has been affected by the environment of prices,energy,labor costs,and the market.In particular,the outbreak of the new coronary pneumonia in early 2020 has caused the hotel industry to encounter unprecedented problems.Problems such as difficult turnover and near bankruptcy.This article first gives a background discussion on the national tourism industry and the tourism industry in Jilin Province,elaborating on the current development status of the tourism industry and the development trend of the hotel industry in urgent need of transformation.Take Jitou Hotel Group and its two local Jilin hotels as an example Guocheng Hotel and Yuefu Hotel are the research objects,with the literature analysis method and survey interview method as the research method,based on the enterprise development strategy,PEST analysis method,Porter's "five forces" analysis model,SWOT analysis as the theoretical basis,through read a lot of research materials as a theoretical support,and make a full study of Jitou Hotel Group and its affiliated Guocheng Hotel and Yuefu Hotel.The main contents include: First,Jitou Hotel Group and its affiliated Guocheng Hotel and Yuefu Hotel gave a brief brand output is realized to ensure social benefits and the environment.At the same time as the benefits,it will increase the economic benefits of the enterprise and further expand the brand's influence,turning the Jitou hotel brand into a provincial leading and domestic first-class brand.Second,the realization of differentiated management is the basis for the development of Jitou Hotel Group.Through differentiated management,on the one hand,the services and products provided by Jitou Hotel Group are different in form,and products and services are provided according to different hotel scales,characteristics,and characteristics.On the other hand,Jitou is implemented through differentiated management.The precise positioning of each hotel under the hotel group,in the context of
