The textile industry is a traditional industry in China.After decades of vigorous development,it has become the industrial pillar of the national economy.It not only guarante es the reserves of China's foreign exchange,but also solves the problem of social employment to a certain extent and makes a great contribution to the national economy..In recent years,with the development of high-tech industries and the adjustment of economic structure,some problems such as low production efficiency,outdated equipment and backward technology in the textile industry have been further highlighted.The “textile winter” seems to be coming.As the world's largest textile producer and consumer,China provides a natural soil for the transformation and development of the textile industry.With the advent of the "Internet +" era,the textile industry should seize the opportunity to carry out transformation and upgrading,and open up the future d evelopment of the textile industry.New pattern.This article takes Lutai Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as lt company)as the research object.The company is currently the world's top-grade yarn-dyed fabric manufacturer and international first-line brand shirt manufacturer.The company's main products are yarn,yarn-dyed fabric and shirt series.The products have good quality,high grade,high technical content and variety of colors.And other features.The company's production and operation performance has been ranked in the forefront of the national textile industry,70% of its products are sold to more than 30 countries and regions such as Japan,the United States,the United Kingdom,Italy,and New Zealand.Through the analysis of the status quo of the company,this paper has made a detailed study on the problems and causes in the development of brand differentiation,and judged that the company's current development environment is still in a positive and good state.However,due to the changing political and economic environment in the world,lt is also facing the real risk of industry reshuffle.Based on the swot analysis,I used the Porter Five Forces model to analyze the five competitive forces encountered in the company's brand differentiation development process,including potential entrant threats,alternative threats,and supplier bargaining power.Customer bargaining power and competition between existing competitors in the industry.Through swot analysis and five-force analysis,combined with the theory of differentiated competition strategy in strategic management theory,this paper puts forward the problems and solutions that lt company should pay attention to in implementing the differentiated competition strategy,and comprehensively analyzes and draws on Tambor and Yagor.The experience and enlightenment of the brand differentiation strategy clearly clarifies that the content of the brand differentiation competition strategy should include brand positioning,brand differentiation segmentation,brand image communication and optimization of brand differentiation management system,an dat the same time formulate a brand differentiation competition strategy.Implement the required strategies and protective measures.In this way,through unique products,perfect services,precise marketing and sales strategies,solid safeguards,long-term cooperative alliance strategy,establish a brand,let customers generate long-term trust and loyalty to the company,thus maintaining a long-term competitive advantage.Finally,this paper puts forward suggestions for the implementation and control of brand differentiation competition strategy.
