In recent years, Myanmar is gradually opening up to foreign investors, investment restrictions, international investors have been pouring into this piece sung opportunities, while the foreign tourists visiting Myanmar is also increasing. Myanmar market demand in the hotel industry continues to expand, it is learned two years ago in Myanmar, the Southeast Asian Games held in Yangon making "hard to find a room." Myanmar hotel industry release enormous investment opportunities, international hotel groups are pouring into this emerging country. Since Myanmar democratically elected government came to power, the domestic economic reform and opening up continued to increase, while the increasingly open economic environment has also led to the rise of the country’s tourism and trade investment, because after decades of seclusion had, including the largest city, Yangon including the major cities and tourist resorts appear limited reception capacity as well as hotel room shortage. In response to growing demand, Yangon will increase more than 4000 international standard hotel room this year. In order to cope with the impact from abroad and strengthen the legitimacy of the hotel building domestic hotels, and promote the smooth operation of Myanmar’s economy and hotel industry, hotel price segments Management has a strong necessity. For the past three years, Myanmar has enjoyed a boom in the hotel, as the country opened up by the economic and political reforms surging tourist arrivals driven. Tourist arrivals in the gold country,2010 in Yangon in 2013 increased by 160%, from 790,000 to 20,400 yuan, limited international class hotel room stock prices led to a substantial increase in occupancy rates and hotel chains, and international best best Western, La and Hilton are eyeing Myanmar economic frontier in Asia for expansion.This paper is a 5-star international business hotel encountered many problems during its development, how to improve the current quality of service in a strong competitive Myanmar hotel market, how to manage the business, how to innovate products, it is that the hotel needs to consider and analyze problems.Through site visits, investigation Yangon XX hotel developments, Yangon XX hotel by internal and external environmental analysis, and use SWOT analysis to analyze the main problems of the hotel’s strategic management of existing, and proposed appropriate recommendations to promote the future development of Yangon XX hotel.
