| As a basic,strategic,and leading industry supporting the country's economic and social development,the logistics industry's comprehensive service capabilities are conducive to improving the quality and efficiency of the logistics industry in cities,regions,and countries.At present,the growth rate of China's logistics industry is gradually slowing down.New technologies,new methods and new management models are changing the mode of logistics operations.Smart logistics has become a modern logistics development trend.The use of modern information technology means to improve the level of intelligence and scale of the logistics industry Imperative.As the core facility of the logistics network system,the logistics hub is the key to improving the radiation scope,agglomeration capacity and service level of the logistics industry.The hub city improves the comprehensive logistics service capacity of the hub city through the coordinated operation of the logistics hub within the city.The research on the factors influencing the comprehensive service capacity of logistics in the hub city is carried out mainly from two aspects:the main characteristics of the hub city and the environmental characteristics.Firstly,sort out the theories of smart logistics,logistics hub cities,and urban logistics comprehensive service capabilities,sort out the research background at home and abroad,and build a factor model of hub city logistics comprehensive service capabilities from the two levels of hub city main features and environmental characteristics.The main characteristics of the hub city mainly include the human resources of the hub city,the distribution capacity of the hub city and the transportation capacity of the hub city;the environmental characteristics of the hub city mainly include the logistics policy and regional development level.Secondly,on the basis of the 8 research variables constructed by the model,12 research hypotheses are put forward,and a questionnaire on factors influencing the comprehensive service capability of hub city logistics under the background of smart logistics is designed based on the existing mature scale and theoretical model.The questionnaire is divided into three parts.The first part is the main characteristics of the hub city and the influencing factors of environmental characteristics,20 items.The second part is the influencing factors of the hubcity's intelligence level,professional organization scale level and logistics comprehensive service capacity,10 Questions.The third part is the basic personal information of the survey subjects.Using SPSS25.0 and AMOS25.0,the 316 valid questionnaires received were analyzed for reliability and validity,and a complete structural equation model for factors affecting the comprehensive service capacity of the hub city logistics was constructed and tested.It was found that of the 12 hypotheses,9 passed the test and 3 failed the test.These are the hypothesis of the positive impact of the distribution capacity of the hub city on the scale of the specialized organization of the hub city,and the logistics policy on the scale of the specialized organization of the hub city.The hypothesis of positive impact,the hypothesis of positive impact of hub city specialization organization scale on the comprehensive service capacity of hub city logistics,failed the test.Finally,taking the national logistics hub port city of Hefei as an example,the hub city 's comprehensive logistics service capabilities are analyzed from five aspects:urban human resources,distribution capacity,transportation capacity,logistics policy and regional development level.There are problems in the development of urban logistics comprehensive service capabilities:imbalance in the supply and demand of logistics talents,the lagging development of digital urban distribution,the lack of information technology applications in urban transportation systems,insufficient support for logistics policies,and room for improvement in regional development levels.Recommend countermeasures to the problem:build a logistics talent team,enhance the ability of talents to perform their duties,increase the training of talents while providing life and work security for logistics talents;increase the supply of logistics capacity,enhance the strength of urban distribution,and improve the construction of urban logistics infrastructure At the same time,strengthen the deep application of intelligent technology;improve the application level of information technology,optimize the transportation system,improve the modern transportation network and improve road traffic and vehicle carrying capacity;improve the logistics policy environment,ensure the stability of the logistics market,and improve the logistics policy environment Improve the accuracy of logistics policies;promote regional coordination and cooperation and enhance the level of logistics services. |
