Research On Guangzhou Post City Distribution Based On Community Comprehensive Service

With the rapid development of China's social economy and the Internet,people's food and shelter more and more inseparable from the e-commerce,e-commerce service level put forward further requirements.And logistics and distribution as its key influencing factors,the urgent need for a distribution model to deal with this grim development situation.By consulting the relevant literature,city distribution as a new logistics model to meet the consumer for the lean,convenient service needs,is the development of modern logistics direction.Therefore,as a logistics enterprise how to carry out the city distribution logistics model is extremely important.In this paper,Guangzhou Post as the research object,with its city distribution model as the main research content,for its existing city distribution mode distribution efficiency and information transmission lag and other prominent issues,through the combination of domestic and international city distribution status,and the use of Analytic Hierarchy Process And the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the optimal distribution mode of the same city is obtained after the comprehensive analysis of the three cities in the logistics market.And on this basis,combined with the development of urban logistics and distribution industry and the actual situation of Guangzhou Post,Guangzhou Post introduced the introduction of e-commerce platform for the city distribution model,and this model based on the city's distribution of the operating structure,e-commerce platform Design and distribution process optimization,node infrastructure construction and other aspects of in-depth study and to upgrade,and finally put forward the logistics service standardization,and promote system management and other security measures.The research results of this paper are to provide a more reasonable city distribution plan for Guangzhou Post to reduce the cost of logistics and transportation,improve the logistics efficiency,customer service quality and overall competitiveness.
