The Evaluation Of Logistics Capacity In Anhui Province

Economic development is closely related to logistics development,and logistics plays an important role in economy.In the international field,logistics is regarded as the artery of economic development in a country and region,and its development degree is regarded as an important symbol to measure the comprehensive strength and modernization degree of the country.In order to develop the logistics industry,the state or region must fully realize the development status of local logistics.In view of the importance of logistics,the country has formulated relevant policies and plans to promote the rapid development of regional logistics.Each region must recognize the current situation of regional logistics capacity to better respond to the national system and effectively improve regional logistics capacity.Based on the existing literature and national policy,the author constructs improved the evaluation indicator system of regional logistics capability from seven levels,which are the regional logistics infrastructure,regional logistics demand,regional science and technology talents with innovation,regional logistics economic contribution,regional information system security,regional logistics green development,regional logistics service quality,and increases the evaluation of regional logistics green development and regional logistics service quality.On this basis,the regional logistics capacity of Anhui province is analyzed empirically.This paper not only evaluates the development level of regional logistics in Anhui province from time and space dimensions,but also analyzes the regional logistics capability and efficiency of Anhui province.In order to avoid the neglect of the core indexes of regional logistics capability in Anhui province,the paper also analyzes the importance of the primary indexes in Anhui province.The empirical analysis shows that the current situation of regional logistics capacity in Anhui province.The growth rate of regional logistics capacity in Anhui province is slowing year by year;Anhui province is weaker than other neighboring provinces.The logistics capacity of Hefei is much higher than that of other cities in Anhui province;In each stratification index,the regional logistics infrastructure and regional science and technology talents and innovation ability are most important.Based on the evaluation results,the paper gives Suggestions on improving the logistics capability of Anhui province from three aspects of government,enterprises and consumers,and they have guiding roles in promoting the high quality development of logistics in Anhui province.
