Study On Several Issues Of City Logistics Planning

Urban logistics is a logistics activity that implement in the city and between the city and other regions to satisfy the need of people's lives and economy. In addition, urban logistics is a optimized activity to reduce the negative effects of traffic jam and environment pollution that logistics activities bring. In order to adjust the trend of global logistics and social logistics, constructing social logistics platform is regard as a kind of strategic measure to strengthen comprehensive ability by all countries. It is an important part for the region logistics rationalization that planning of the hub city logistics system.City logistics character and bound are analyzed from the point of view of areas. For the sake of solving logistic nodes appellation confusion, the city logistic nodes are classed and distinguished. City logistics system fabric is constructed from the point of social logistics. City logistic system plan frame is founded and four key techniques, which are logistics demand forecasting, logistics infrastructure positioning,infrastructure designing and logistics information platform designing, are proposed.This paper researched on four main parts,which are the logistics location, the logistics foundation facilities programs, the logistics information system programs and the logistics policy system programs,in a specific way. Analysised the ralationsheep between city logistics location planning and the city master plan, put forward the logistics park area location method in quantitative and qualitative, analysised the traffic information in the end.Discribed the logistics park area programming method, the estimative model of foundation facilities requirement and going research of the system of distribution to the logistics. This article expatiated the function and construction system of the logistics information system, put forward a public information platform for logistics design and realization of the form.Established a system of urban logistics policy planning framework, the selection of the urban logistics mode procedures and methods.
